NeverDark is a South African 
e-commerce store selling load shedding 
survival products and winter heating gear.

We operate fully online at 
neverdark.co.za and deliver 
anywhere in South Africa.

🛒 ORDERING

When you place an order on NeverDark:
— You confirm you are 18 years 
   or older
— You confirm your delivery 
   address is correct
— You confirm your payment 
   details are valid
— You agree to pay the full 
   amount shown at checkout

We reserve the right to cancel 
any order that we suspect is 
fraudulent or placed in error.

You will receive an order confirmation 
email immediately after placing 
your order.

💰 PRICING

All prices on NeverDark are:
— Displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
— Inclusive of VAT where applicable
— Subject to change without notice
— Confirmed at the time of checkout

We reserve the right to correct 
any pricing errors on our store. 
If a pricing error affects your order 
we will contact you before processing.

📦 DELIVERY

We deliver anywhere in South Africa 
within 3–5 working days.

Delivery costs:
— Standard delivery: R69 flat rate
— Free delivery on orders over R600

🔄 RETURNS

We offer a 7-day return policy 
on unused products in original packaging.

in our Refund Policy.

This policy complies with South Africa's 
Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
