At NeverDark we want every South African 
customer to be completely happy 
with their purchase. 
If something isn't right — 
we will make it right. 
No arguments. No hassle.

✅ OUR 7-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days from the date 
of delivery to return any product 
that is:
— Unopened and unused
— In its original packaging
— In the same condition 
   you received it

This policy is fully compliant with 
South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.

🔧 FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives faulty, 
damaged, or not as described:

— Contact us on WhatsApp immediately
— Send us a photo of the fault or damage
— We will arrange a replacement 
   or full refund within 24 hours
— We cover all return shipping costs 
   for faulty items

No customer should be out of pocket 
for a product that doesn't work. 
That is our promise.

❌ PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following cannot be returned:
— Products that have been used 
   or opened
— Products damaged by misuse 
   or incorrect installation
— Products returned after 
   7 days of delivery
— Products without original packaging

🔄 HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Step 1: WhatsApp us with your 
order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We confirm your return 
is eligible within 2 hours 
during business hours.

Step 3: We arrange collection 
from your address 
(free for faulty items, 
R69 courier fee for 
change-of-mind returns).

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect 
the returned product we process 
your refund
